Pun

This word is a pun on Elijah. At the Passover Seder and Shabbat table there is always an empty place set just in case Elijah turns up. If a guest comes unexpectedly, he would sit there - after all, he may well be Elijah in disguise.

yImugh

  • DIvI'; uninvited guest or perhaps more accurately an unexpected guest
  • gheylgha' ('erya'); cuireadh gan iarraidh, nó níos cruinne, cuireadh gan choinne
